Payment and Insurance

Lamb Counseling Services takes all major credit cards, cash, and check. HSA and FSA cards accepted as well. Payment is due at the time of the appointment.

Insurance

Jan accepts Cigna, BCBS, and Optum insurances currently. 

Private Pay

The private pay or amount billed to insurance per session rate is $115.00 per hour.

A sliding scale based on income (see below) is also available.

Please request the sliding scale payment plan when booking your first appointment with Jan.
